48th Floor Penthouse in the JBR

This 4000 square foot penthouse is located on the 48th floor of Al Fattan Marine Tower in the Dubai Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR).

Guests can enjoy breathtaking views of the Dubai Palm and Bluewaters Island from the comfort of their living room, kitchen and from the three main bedrooms.

The penthouse was renovated in 2023 and upgraded to ensure that our guests have the most comfortable and enjoyable stay possibile.

The penthouse features a huge lounge with a dining area, a tv area, a bar area and a 8ft pool table.

The kitchen is brand new and fully equipped with an oven, induction stove, fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and water dispenser as well as cookware, cutlery and glassware.

There is a laundry area with washing machine and dryer.

The penthouse has 4 bedrooms, three of them have en-suite bathrooms, king sized beds and a full view of the Dubai Palm.

The fourth single bedroom has a separate walk in closet and bathroom area and a small double bed. The bedroom features a stunning high tech skylight that gives a true feeling of natural sunlight.

All of the bedrooms have plenty of cupboard space.

Guests will have access to two free covered parkings in the building during their stay.

Al Fattan Marine Tower amenities are available to guests and include a swimming pool, gym and spa area.

Please note: As the JBR is one of the most popular areas of Dubai, there can be some traffic noise or music on weekends.
